Ash trees with dieback

Ash dieback was first identified in UK trees in 2012, the rate of spread of this fungus has been shockingly fast.

When the infection takes you can see trees branches becoming more skeletal, when 50% of the crown is dead then it may be time to assess them as happened here.

Twelve ash trees had died around this property, some close to the house, some close to the neighbour's property risking some of their infrastructure.

Colin had to negotiate power lines, phone lines and even a flock of sheep in order to safely fell these trees.
